Memphis is a city on the Mississippi River located in southwestern Tennessee. Famous and influential blues, soul and rock 'n' roll pieces were created here. Elvis Presley, B.B. King and Johnny Cash recorded their albums in the fabulous Sun Studio, and Presley's home, Graceland, has become a popular attraction today. Other music sanctuaries are the Rock 'n' Soul Museum, the Blues Hall of Fame, and the Stax Museum of American Soul Music.
