The application basically emphasizes on rolling out the telecom site projects efficiently. The solution comprises of a Mobile app for performing the checklists activity and will be used by the Technician/Engineer at site. The observation made by the Engineer/Technician visiting the sites are made by taking live pictures or videos as required. It will be a Geo-fenced activity and offline feature is also available i.e the sites will be accessible only when the technician/site engineers are 500 meters or less from the said site; this is to ensure any foul plays in recording the site checklists.

How it works:

• There are basically 3 modules for the technicians to perform the checklist activity i.e the daily site visit, overall site audit and power adaptation project.

• The Engineer/Technician selects the site once he/she reaches the actual location and then opens the site and performs the checklists and submits.

• The Team leader or reporting Manager will be able to fetch the module wise report generated from the portal and share it with the respective stakeholders.

• The entire manual process will be fully automated, which increases the overall accuracy and efficiency of the process.
