Pull the usb dongle out of the usb port or use this app! And then start the game.
What the app does exactly:
1-mounts the file system for writing with the command:
-su
-mount -o remount,rw /
2-sends a command to enable usb:
-echo 1 > sys/devices/platform/ff500000.dwc3/xhci-hcd.0.auto/usb1/bConfigurationValue
-displays a notification about enabling the port
