1. Theni - Located at the southern tip of India, theni is a small town nestled on the banks of river Kaveri. A place where nature and man have co-existed for centuries. 2. Theni Wildlife Sanctuary - One of the largest wildlife sanctuaries in Asia, Theni Wildlife sanctuary was established in 1968 and covers an area of around 824 km². Covering an area of almost 800 square kilometers, it is home to over 500 species of birds, 300 species of mammals, 100 species of reptiles, 40 species of amphibians and 1000 species of butterflies.

3. Theni Hills - Situated about 10 km north of Theni town, Theni hills offer a panoramic view of the surrounding plains. These hills are covered with tea plantations and rubber plantations.

4. Theni Lake - Theni lake is located near Theni town and is surrounded by dense forest. It is a popular fishing spot and attracts tourists. There are many islands in Theni lake which provide shelter for migratory birds.

5. Theni River - The Theni river originates from the Western Ghats mountain range. It flows through the Theni town and joins the Cauvery river at Mayiladuthurai.

6. Theni Beach - Theni beach is situated at a distance of 5 km from Theni town. It is a beautiful stretch of sand along the seashore. The beach is dotted with coconut trees and casuarina trees.
