A digital assistant for Simphony POS that helps to manage restaurant activities.

TYNGO Staff Order mobile application for Oracle MICROS Simphony POS provides your guests with the best possible service experience. Thanks to this app, your waiters can reduce their multi-step ordering process to just one – creating the order. Your service will become faster and your customers will be happier. Once the order has been created in the app, it is immediately sent to the kitchen. Offline capability allows to view open checks, create new checks and place new orders, which are processed to Simphony as soon as the server connection has been established again.

TNG Go! waiters app works on Android and iOS mobile phones as well as tablets. We offer a monthly subscription per concurrent user or device, as well as Bring Your Own Device flexibility (BYOD). The purchase of new H/W is an alternative.
