Snap4City is a personal assistant that provide info on all cities in Tuscany Region (Firenze, Pisa, Siena, Arezzo, Prato, Grosseto, Livorno, Massa, Lucca, etc.) on environment, mobility and transport, culture and tourism and entertainment, hospitals, weather, Timetable (all Tuscany Operators), routing, air quality, weather forecast, multimodal routing, travel planning, car parking, park predictions, car sharing, cycling paths, news, ticket offices, ticket sales, fuel stations, rentals, pollen status, etc.

Snap4City App is also available for Antwerp and Helsinki.

The available data is listed on https://www.snap4city.org and may depend on your location in Tuscany. Most data is open data, other types of data can be accessible only for a limited period of time which may depend on the experiments in progress.

You can use the Snap4City application without registration, with some limitations. If you register on snap4city, registration will also be valid for https://www.snap4city.org where you can manage your own profile based on the European Commission GDPR regulation. And, to have a ccess ot many other services from your computer and other devices.

Snap4City is an intelligent IOT / IOE platform (internet of things, everything), is a 100% open source non-profit and includes development and production tools based on Km4City (https://www.km4city.org) which in turn is was developed in the Italian national smart city Sii-Mobility project. The Snap4City platform was developed by a team that includes the University of Florence (DISIT Lab https://www.disit.org), University of Milan and Snap4 SRL. Snap4City is compatible with more than 50 different protocols and standards, it is also an official Fi-Ware platform, an official JS Foundations Node-RED library.

Note that this App represents the vision of DISIT Lab that has developed this App covering 100% costs for customization starting from the Apps of Helsinki, Antwerp and from Km4City. Therefore: neither Select4Cities nor the Commission is responsible for any use that may be made of the information contained therein.
