This app guides you how to breathe with light and sound to create the ideal meditation state. Set the flow of breathing rhythm (inhale ⇒ stop breathing ⇒ exhale ⇒ inhale again...) within the app, and play BGM and animation that match the rhythm.

After that, if you breathe along that rhythm, you should be able to create an ideal meditation state without getting tired.

And if you get used to it, you will be able to breathe in the ideal rhythm unconsciously without an app. Aim mindfulness!!

Recommended breathing rhythm :

In meditation, breathe slowly and repeatly to adjust your mind.

As for the breathing rhythm, “the inhalation time is about 1.5 to 2 times the exhalation time”, and it can be continued without difficulty. The length of time to inhale and exhale can be set freely from within the app.

1. breathing in for 4 seconds

2. stopping breath for 0 seconds

3. breathing out for 6 seconds

1. breathing in for 3 seconds

2. stopping breath for 3 seconds

3. breathing out for 3 seconds

You can change this length (seconds) from the settings screen, so try to find a breathing rhythm that suits your body.
