Thus, taking body temperature is an important method to check the physical condition. “Group Health Records App” can help organization members (like students or colleagues) record their own body temperature and track their health conditions more convenient.

Considering various usage scenarios, there are 3 different roles in this app: member, group health supervisor, and administrator.

What can an administrator do?

View daily records of all members.

View daily abnormal records in your organization.

Record body temperatures for those who haven't recorded.

View the history records of all members.

Export records as an excel file.

Create and manage announcements.

Manage member and group data.

What can a group health supervisor do?

View members’ daily records in the same group.

View daily abnormal records in the same group.

Record body temperatures for those who haven't recorded in the same group.

View members’ history records in the same group.

What can a member do?

Record your own body condition (e.g. body temperature and symptom.)

View your own historical records.

View announcements.

Record a special schedule.

Apply for a free trial

a. Select “Sign up” on the login page after download the App.

b. Fill out the form and receive a verification email to get an organization ID.

c. After successful registration, you can add members to the App.

d.Start using the app to manage group records.
