-Easily determine the exact quantity of any additive or processing aid (powder, liquid, gas) to be used;

-Manage sulfite additions;

-Convert any measuring unit used for analytical characterization or quantification of grape juice and wines (Users have the option to enter metric or US system as reference units and to have the equivalence in other systems if they wish);

-Determine the conditions and flow rate for nitrogen stripping of wines.
