Our pilates reformer classes are held with a max of 6 students allowing the teacher to give individual attention and modify for your body and fitness level. At TrueNorth we are an all encompassing fitness facility, as well as Pilates reformer classes we we also offer, Mat Pilates, Spring Board Classes, Barre and nutrition coaching.
