Leave units are now shown in both hours and days for greater clarity. Managers have the ability to update scheduled hours on leave days being applied for, but we've added some guard rails to ensure that leave hours exceeding scheduled hours cannot be approved. The app will display a warning if leave applied for is under or over the hours scheduled for that day. And for partial leave days, there's a space to record a reason why a full day is not being taken.
