○ Fixed a problem where new devices didn't create a new layout automatically when needed.

○ Updated the Layouts list to allow users with no editing access to add layouts assigned only to them, and to edit the layouts they add.

○ Updated the Stage Plots list to allow users with Added Data editing access to add a stage plot.

○ Simplified the default Song List Fields setting to avoid slow page loading.

○ Fixed the display of smart lists sorted by Rating.
