Bimar is a first generation augmented reality App for buildings, construction sites and infrastructure projects. It allows asset owners, project developers, facility managers, contractors and architects to visualise and interact with customised BIM models on and off-site.

The Bimar App can be customised by our team to meet your needs including the integration of your own BIM model. Bimar can be used for the following;

- Interactive 3D visualisation

- Geolocate BIM models onsite

- Visualise project timelines

- Green BIM integration

- As-built model validation

- Improved stakeholder engagement

How to use:

Step 1. Download and print the Bimar marker (or use the Point Advisory brochure)

Step 2. Download the Bimar App on Google Play.

Step 3. Point your android device at the cover of the brochure (marker) to view it in 3D augmented reality.

What is augmented reality?

Augmented reality is a new immersive experience that superimposes a computer-generated image (ie: BIM Model) on a real time camera view of the real world, thus providing a new composite view.

Device Type

This app has been optimised to work best on a 10 inch tablet for viewing purposes. Smaller devices can used to view the Bimar app however the viewing experience may be inconsistent.
