Measurement Modes:

3) Custom 1: Custom measurement system which includes toggle buttons for switching the units of height and weight.

4) Custom 2: Custom measurement system which includes height value in feet & inches and toggle button for switching the units of weight.

The application uses well-known Harris-Benedict equation to calculate your BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate) and Daily calorie intake. RMR (Resting Metabolic Rate) calculation is based on a recent but more accurate Mifflin equation.
