We’re so happy you’re here! At sweatconnected, our mission is to help you feel your best. We believe in the power of group fitness to be transformative, not only physically but mentally. We believe that group fitness can bring people together, even if we are apart.

Each sweatconnected instructor brings their signature method directly to you, wherever you are in the world. When you join us, you are directly supporting our talented team. Whether you have been a group fitness participant for years, or are brand new to group fitness, you will be at home with us and our growing community.

All levels, all ages, all sizes, all humans.

sweatconnected was founded by former co-workers and longtime friends, Danielle and Wendy. When the pandemic first started and everyone was confined to their homes, Danielle quickly brought her classes online and saw how the need for fitness and community was more important than ever. Wendy soon joined in to teach and voilà – sweatconnected was born! Kara then joined the team to help us bring sweatconnected to the next level: adding in-person classes on the UWS.
