Jack Punch, professional boxer and world champion, is knocked out alongside his opponent - Billy Jab - in a title fight. Unconscious, Jack is rushed to the hospital, where he goes through surgery and induced coma. When he wakes up and walk to the hospital aisle, Jack finds himself inside a zombie apocalypse.
Your objective is to help Jack Punch survive, fighting flesh-eating zombies through the levels and escaping the infested hospital. Trigger your punches to the zombies.
