Just connect into a local network and click in "Start", wait until you have the message "Waiting for Players" and ask your friends to Start the game with the same options (number of players) and they will find you!

Do you have an extra phone or a tablet? Check the option ("Are you a Table?") and you can have a table to see how the game goes on, and you can just focus on your pieces on your smartphone screen ("Hand" Button).
