Quick Support main aim is to register complaints when ever a problem occurs with Fuji products by the Fuji Dealer.
Based on the complaint ticketing system Fuji employees will receive customer complaints, They will solve the problems as early as possible.
Fuji Dealer will give rating to the complaints based on the Fuji employee service to the respected complaint.
If problem severity is high in worst condition Complaint will forward to the CSC by Fuji Employee.
CSC is a Centralized complaint server which handles all the Fuji Dealer Complaints.
Fuji admin will see the complaint status raised by the Fuji dealer.
Fuji admin will give access to the Fuji employees to view the complaints.
It mainly contains :
Fuji Dealer/Employee Registration.
Fuji Dealer/Employee login.
Customer complaints details.
Customer complaints ratings.
Customer complaints status.
Moving Ticket to CSC(Only for Fuji Employee).
Fuji Dealer/Employee details modification.
