Google FST App is for Field Service Technicians assisting Google Pixel users.

With the Google FST App, Field Service Technicians can keep track of and take action, for daily requests received for Google Pixel devices in their city. The App provides a ready reckoner for the Technicians to perform basic troubleshooting steps to determine if the customer’s Google Pixel device needs to be brought in for servicing or can be fixed by a visit.
