HII Leads is an official app of Huntington Ingalls Industries, highlighting leadership development initiatives across its Newport News Shipbuilding, Ingalls Shipbuilding, and Technical Solutions divisions. With HII Leads, you’ll have full coverage access to leadership development initiatives through exciting stories that include images, videos, and AR experiences that you don't want to miss.

HII Leads is organized into stories. The home screen includes tiles that provide an entry point to each story. See an image that looks interesting? Press and hold the tile to get a sneak-peek, or simply tap any tile to get the full story.

Filters can easily be applied to the story selection screen, so you can keep track of the topics that interest you. Some of the categories include Compliance, Engagement, Capability, Leadership, and Performance.
