Improve your well being. Track your mood, Journal, habits and activities

Mood Mapping is a beautiful free app which lets you identify and track your emotions regularly. You can analyze your mood and map it with the activity and time of activity to better understand yourself. Analyzing mood will help you acknowledge your state of mind and take a step towards improving it. You can also write their thoughts in the journal given in the app. Ultimately this will allow you to take control of your life and improve your overall well-being.

How Does MoodMapping Work?

You don’t have to even write anything to track your mood. Just fill out a short survey everyday and we will analyze and share interesting insights with you.

1. Pick a rating to show how you feel like

2. (Optional) Pick the activities you did during the day

3. (Optional) Write down your thoughts

4. Done

How will this data help me?

Over a period of time, you will be able to see the trend of your moods and analyze them in multiple ways. You will be able to find patterns which you have never looked at before. Mood Mapping will help you understand what factors bring your mood up and what bring your mood down.
