About the author :
Christian Daa Larson (1866– 1955) was an American New Thought leader and teacher, as well as a prolific author of metaphysical and New Thought books. He is credited by Horatio Dresser as being a founder in the New Thought movement. Many of Larson's books remain in print today, more than 100 years after they were first published, and his writings influenced notable New Thought authors and leaders, including Religious Science founder Ernest Holmes.

How To Stay Well is released in 1912, it is also named as How To Remain Well. The books consist of 24 main chapter that discuss about how to get perfect health, how to stay well in physical and mental, how to become happy, increase happiness, and you also get learn about how to use powerful positive affirmations in daily life.
In this millennial world today, we tend to get disease very easy since we just locked in our room and play computer/phone for almost entire day. This is not good to our health and mind since it can prevent us to unlock our true potential. Thus in order to unlock our potential, we must focus on our health and mind first to be clear and healthy. When our body and mind is healthy, we tend to focus on positive things, we become more creative, we can unlock our true potential, become more confidence and more success in life.
In chapter 8, the author write about "The Real Man is Always Well", we can learn from this chapter just by look at the conclusion of this chapter that saying "...Here we should remember that every thought is a vibration and that it sends its silent thrill throughout the entire system. Every thought you think will in this way impress every atom of your being with itself and with its own life and power, and will therefore carry its life and power to the minutest cell. It is therefore clearly evident that when we live and think in the understanding of the real man we will think only health producing thought, and thus produce complete and absolute health in every part of mind, body and personality...".
