* Frozen Heart has been rebalanced. At max level freeze duration is shorter, but freeze resistance is granted to adjacent allies.
* Reduced Virulent Poison's chance to spread to adjacent targets.
* Brimstone damage over time effect can no longer be critical.
* Decreased Earthen Rage III and IV primary target damage, but increased adjacent target damage.
* Fixed a bug where Elusiveness didn't trigger from certain freezes.
