Easy use to make ringtones

Ringtone Maker is a free application to create ringtones, alarms, and notifications from MP3, WAV, AAC (M4A) / MP4, 3GPP / AMR. You can set the tone early and late by sliding arrows along the timeline, by pressing Start and End to record the start and end points, or by typing on a time stamp.
