If you like weight-lifting and you are serious about training your muscles this app is perfect for you! Thanks to this elegant app you can calculate how much weight you can lift in one repetition in three diferent and the most important exercises: bench press, squats and dead lift. To do that, you just need to remember your results from your last training session. For example, if you lifted 90 kilos 6 times in bench press, then you should be able to lift maximum 106 kilos in one rep - this information will appear at the top of the screen.
