This app calculates MD5 checksums from a given text or file. Two MD5 checksums can compare with each other. There is also an option to generate a .md5 file containing a MD5 checksum from a given file and save it to sd card or internal storage in the file format like the linux tool "md5sum" it does.

Used android permissions:

* READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: Open files from external sd card to calculate an MD5

* WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: Save a genearted .md5 files to sd card
