Migrate is a new way to buy and sell homes facilitated by a Realtors® network that connects neighbors to home buyers. Our home search shows you all houses that have traditional commissions as well as homes that are in a network of Realtors® that have decided to list their properties on the Multiple Listing Service without charging a percentage to their sellers. This is an exchange platform where buyers fronting the cost for their own representation can purchase homes from Migrate™ sellers at zero commission costs.

Migrate™ users first verify themselves as a member of their current neighborhood. When a buyer or renter creates a new home search they can see or communicate to the ten closest neighbors of a home they are interested in. We can now expand our home decision beyond price, condition and location.

Content about neighbors or buyers is not owned by Migrate™ but access to neighbor data is controlled by the person that owns and entered that data. Everyone has the right to legal ownership of their inherent human data as property.

Migrate™ incentivizes buyers to trade access to their interests, preferences and behaviors to those that are shopping for a neighborhood. The platform ensures security, privacy, and transparency of connections.
