* Game starts with nine empty grid sections
* Player1 will be represented by X symbol.
* Player2 will be represented by O symbol.
* Players must choose an empty grid section.
* Each player alternates turns until game is over.
* Player1 goes first.
* A win occurs when a player has filled three in a row horizontally, vertically or diagonally.
* A tie occurs when all grids are filled.
