Introducing Partner Connect - The Isotrak Group’s revolutionary new application designed to capture real-time job status and Electronic Proof Of Delivery (EPOD) information from your subcontracted 3PL providers.

The application can be downloaded onto any device and simply requires a ‘Partner Code’ for your subcontracted drivers to log on and access their delivery information.

Features of the Isotrak Partner Connect app include:

• Partner code identification

• Order identification

• Barcode scanning

• Delivery status updates (en route, arrived, etc)

• Order completion

• Order rejection (with rejection reason codes)

• Electronic signature capture

• Integration with Isotrak Job Order Management module for full job visibility

Limitations:

• The application can only be used by Isotrak customers with a predefined contract.

• The application can only used by Partners of Isotrak customers with a predefined code.

• The application is designed to be used by Partners of Isotrak customers with predefined orders.
