Poets Cottages app provides maps and information for a new walk in NW Gloucestershire, England, which links the homes once lived in by the Dymock Poets. In the years leading up to the First World War, literary history was being made around the village of Dymock in the valley of the River Leadon. Six poets were walking and talking, reading and writing here between May Hill in Gloucestershire and the Malvern Hills in Herefordshire.

The app provides an overview map of the area, displaying your current location. A second map provides details of the walk, along with your current location and a sequence of photographs, with information overlays.

The app is the part of a project that will see additions to future releases, along with other apps, celebrating poetry, landscape, people and history of the Dymock area.
