The collection of details can be done onsite with help from a smartphone or tablet.

The relocation consultant can confirm the results of the onsite visit with a signature on a mobile device.

All employees involved with the flat handovers have access to the collected data at all times.

The following data is recorded in detail:

▶ customer (name, number of people, telephone number, e-mail address)

▶ pick-up address (street and house number, zip code/city, country)

▶ delivery address (street and house number, zip code/city, country)

▶ pick-up and unload date (pick-up date, unload date)

▶ scope (size of flat/house in square metres, number of rooms, wardrobes in linear metres, kitchen unit in linear metres, number of single beds, number of upholstered seats, number of tables, number of chairs, number of lamps, number of moving boxes, number of plants, number of pictures/mirrors)

▶ packing and unpacking

▶ material (number of clothing boxes, number of picture boxes, number of mattresses and duvets, number of couch covers, number of PVC protective sleeves, number of moving blankets, number of moving boxes, packing material, bubble wrap, number of TV and computer boxes and tape)

▶ electronic signature from the moving consultant

▶ electronic signature from the customer
