I am Col Rajeev Bharwan, a YOUNG VETERAN (I am just 20 years with 23 years of experience ), I hanged my boots after completing 21 years of active coloured service). from ‘Olive Greens’. I am a Hardcore Soldier who was commissioned in to Gorkha Rifles and commanded an Elite Special Forces Airborne Battalion.

Being a hardcore soldier and a firm follower of the dictum(s),” LIFE IS A TO DO IT YOURSELF PROJECT” and “SOLDIERING NEVER GOES OUTTA FASHION”, I have taken an initiative to train the young potential defence/ SSB aspirants who are volunteers for the “CALL OF DUTY” and desirous to join Indian Armed Forces as Officers through NDA, CDS (OTA/ IMA), AFCAT, TES, UES, TES, WSES, TGC, JAG, Army Candidates (SCO), ACC, Branch Commission entries. I also do impart training to aspirants of CAPF and Military/ Sainik Schools.

I mentor, guide & impart MISSION ORIENTED TRAINING (not coaching) to the aspirants through online boot camps with an intent to transform youngsters in to ‘JOSH MACHINES’ and a better human being through my personal involvement & rigorous training based on real life experiences and not theories.

I don’t function on the basis of batches as I deal with my candidates on person-to-person basis. Although it demands more efforts in terms of time and efforts but I enjoy doing my duty. Reasons are two folds for doing so. One not to tamper with the originality of any candidate in terms of his/ her overall personality and secondly to bring out the best in every candidate as I consider that every person is unique in his/her own ways with their respective different backgrounds, set of experiences, stories and personal choices. So, I always prefer to align and do value addition in their thought process, conduct and performances accordingly rather than trying to change them or giving out set templates. It doesn’t matter how much skills and knowledge they have; I ensure they have all of it when they leave.

While most of the Coaching Academies offers a typical 14 days SSB package, I offer a LIFETIME MENTORSHIP AND TRAINING to the candidates (as I believe dreams don’t have an expiry date) for not only SSB Training but also to prepare them as a better aware, independent & responsible person capable of handling real life situations with a clear Mission, Vision & Values. The idea is to unbolt YOU (Your Opportunities Unlimited).

I firmly believe in investing in people and their dreams. I consider my candidates as my worthy assessor(s) from whom I seek the certificate for my training and skills and so far, I have always passed out with flying colours. Till date, whosoever has joined my training, initially joined as a trainee and now, everyone is an integral & inseparable part of my extended family.
