It is inevitable. Your to do list begins small, and with the best intentions. Somehow it grows, and the only items checked off are the easy ones. Nothing of importance has actually been completed. Not good for stress, is it?

To do list apps have their own share of issues. They tend to be large, bloated, and rather cumbersome to use. Does a to do list app really need to connect with half the apps on your device, or require dates, times, locations, and descriptions to be entered? Should it need access to Contacts, Location, or Microphone?

Task Essence is incredibly simple. It focuses you on what is important each day by completing daily goals. Task Essence allows up to a maximum of three tasks, or goals, to be entered each day. If you prove to be unable to complete your daily goals consistently by the end of each day, a slot will be removed. A slot can be regained, but it must be earned. When all your tasks are completed for the day, that’s it! Relax and at the end of the day you can sleep knowing you accomplished what you set out to do.
