But time, skill, chaos, confusion about what really should be done? It can be very frustrating when all you want is a party cake. Some time ago, I threw a quick cake and decorated it like a champ. The portion of the cake came out nicely (I'm a pretty good baker), but the decoration is a bit off. Like, too heavy, sagging on the sides.
