Jains practice strict discipline in eating and have rituals to help them do so, and these rituals are known as daily Pachakhan (aka Pachkan). Pachakhan literally means vow.

Jain Pachkan app provides you with the Pachakhan text handy in 3 different languages (English, Hindi and Gujarati) for all the vows to be taken in morning and evening

It is best to take the pachkhans in front of Bhagwan or from Guru bhagvant(Sadhu Maharaj). In case it is not feasible, please use the following application for taking pachkhans.
