The main ingredients are fresh vegetables, greens, fruits, unprocessed grains, legumes, healthy unrefined fats, safe sweeteners, unprocessed salt, and spices. Each recipe provides its own health benefits and helps you to be energetic, beautiful, and slim. The app has recipes suitable for vegetarians, vegans, raw foodists, and those who avoid gluten, milk, or added sugar – and of course, for those who are just thinking about their health and looking for a way to diversify their diet with plant-based dishes! Features of the app:

* New recipes for breakfasts, main dishes, side dishes, salads, soups, appetizers, desserts, sauces, and beverages are added twice a month.

* The recipes can be sorted by using different filters – vegetarian, vegan, sugar-free, gluten-free, dairy-free, suitable for children, suitable for raw foodists – as well as by the ingredients used.

* Recipes can be shared with friends via e-mail or social media.

* You can send the list of ingredients to yourself by e-mail to make shopping easier.
