Mawred Mobile is for all Oman government employees under Civil Service Law

This Mawred Mobile Application is intended to all Oman government employees under Oman Civil Service Law.

To access this application, you have to be an active government employee under Oman Civil Service Law registered in Mawred with a valid username. If you are an employee, but don't have a username, you need to check with the HR department at your organisation to issue you a username with a temporary password that will be sent by SMS to your GSM phone number.

This application allows employees to submit their leave or return from leave requests. They can monitor their requests progress and check whether their requests approvals status; approved, rejected or still pending.

They can also check their latest monthly salary calculation.

Employee can also check who is of his/her colleagues on leave in the coming 10 days.

The employee can check his or her biodata registered in Mawred.

The employee will receive alert notifications that include warning on the return from leave request has not been submitted after the actual leave return.

A reminder message will be sent to the employee that the leave is over.

Another message will be sent informing the employee salary has been deposited to the bank.

Management will be able to view statistics on HR related Stats.

Management can also push notifications or send bulk SMS to registered employees.

In order to be able to login to this Mobile Mawred application, the employee needs to have a username and password on the onsite Oracle HRMS application.

The employee can request from HR department at his ministry to issue him/her a username and temporary password. The employee then needs to log in to HRMS application to change his/her password before using the mobile application.

You are required to agree once on the privacy statement to access the Mobile Mawred application.

You will be asked to accept receiving push notification. By accepting to receive notification, the System will send you a welcome message as well as other alerts, warnings or informations pertaining your records in the application.

Employee can also request to reset the password. An email will be sent to his/her registered email address in the application. The email address has to be a government provided email address.

Please note that neither the ministry nor the mobile developer are responsible for any issue that might be directly or indirectly the cause of using this mobile application to your device. For your information, we have not encountered any issue during the period of testing this application.
