Geo-location based Attendance and online Leave management system.
Porilikhi is a geo location based attendance system. It helps the Organization authority to gather attendance information without any external fixed device. Users can checked in using his/her mobile through Porilikhi for attendance entry and similarly checked out for attendance exit. Each user can be mapped to a default location for his/her default Organization, which will automatically considered as approved entry, out side of default location check in /out be considered as valid upon approval of supervisor.
Online leave application process is also available in Porilikhi. Upon approval from supervisor user will get update through notification of their leave application. Porilikhi has the option to check leave balance and leave application history of individual as well as team members.
Important Notice, necessary reference documents, Organizational policy also be uploaded to system and all the users can have notified accordingly and users can have access to view and download the documents through Porilikhi.
