With the app, you can use the following features:
Dispatches: The Dispatch feature is designed to be the core administering solution for your entire operation, and allows you to view all of your active, assigned, delivered, and canceled dispatches, along with each load’s freight details, order charges, and trip equipment sheet.
By selecting an individual dispatch, you can view the current status, trip mileage, load type, and the number of planned stops for the trip, all in real time. You can also view the shipper & consignee addresses, contact details, and any load pick-up instructions.
Driver Log: This feature allows your drivers to instant log their hours of service mobily, eliminating the hassle of carrying and updating paper log books. Plus, logs can be printed and emailed directly from the app.
Documents: The Documents feature allows you and your drivers send documents, like receipts, for example, on the go. Simply snap a photo of it, upload the document to the app and send it wherever it needs to go via email!
Expenses: Through the Expenses tool, your drivers can enter any and every expense for each load, including their meals and lodging, toll fees, and even parking. Expenses sync in real time with your Chart of Accounts in the TruckerSphere administrative account.
Account Expense: Use the Account Expense feature to keep track of all of your business related expenses that have been paid, such as fuel expenses, driver payments, invoices, maintenance, and more. This makes it easy to keep up with all of your records, even while on the go.
Driver Settlement: The Driver Settlement Feature allows you to calculate your driver's pay based on your settings. The rate is automatically adjusted for fuel surcharges, hauling charges, and accessorial fees. Reimbursements and deductions are also automatically added to the driver's balance. Also, you can advance the drivers pay.
Fuel Up: This handy tool allows you to enter in all of the details of each fuel purchase including the date, fuel type, quantity, total cost, and the state the fuel was purchased in. You can even take pictures of fuel receipts and upload them for record-keeping purposes. This tool is a lifesaver for quarterly IFTA filings, especially in the event of an audit!
Check Calls: The Check Calls tool allows you to input your starting location, date/time, current location, and the current odometer reading of the vehicle, making check-in a breeze.
Chat: With the Chat feature you and your drivers can greatly improve business communication by being able to discuss location and share files. Images, videos, trip documents, and truck locations can be shared and broadcasted to all of your contacts.
