How to use Uriel

The citizen when opening the application will find a welcome screen which will change when it is loaded and will show the home screen in which the user must solve the captcha, press the enter button and accept the terms and conditions that are described for the use of the application. Once you accept the terms you can view the news of the elections and at the bottom you can go to the complaints or consultation option.

By clicking on complaints, you will find the option to create a complaint or complaint, you must select how you want to create it, if it is anonymous or not and you must follow the step by step that is requested to finish it and obtain the filing number to validate the status in query option.
