This application gives an overview of recommended doses (RDA), doses that are safe (upper limit UL) and toxic amounts of vitamins and minerals (trace elements).

The application provides a basic description of these essential substances for people. It also provides information on areas where vitamins are beneficial or what causes vitamin and mineral deficiencies.

It can be searched by area of action (disease) or by vitamins.
