The ideal application to display all the important dimensions and weights of flanges according to ASME B 16.5:2009 or ASME B 16.47:2011.
The application is intuitive and easy to use: First choose the pressure rating (class), then the nominal size (NPS).
Finally, select the desired flange type (e.g. weld neck) and press “Result”. That’s all there is to it.
All dimensions are initially displayed in a clear diagram. The “table” function displays the information in table form.
Weights and more flange sizes are also displayed here. Press “done” to return to the option menu.
“RTJ” (Ring Type Joint) is another service available. This menu item displays the RTJ data in diagram or table form.
Pressing “done” takes you back to the overview page.
The “overview” includes a table with all the standard dimensions. The “wall thickness” function displays all the standard wall thicknesses (schedule) according to ASME B 36.10 (carbon steel) or 36.19 (stainless steel). Please also use the filter function in the top right-hand corner for this.
