Bonitas provides you, their member, with a personal health record, your one-stop gateway to great health.

The Health section shows a summary of your visits to hospital and medical professionals, claimed medication, registered chronic conditions, known allergies and pathology results.

The Wellness section maps your journey to great health. It includes a lifestyle questionnaire that assesses your health and shows you how to stay healthy. You can set goals and even monitor your health status by linking your electronic fitness devices.

The Badges section shows the badges you win as you improve your health. You earn badges by filling in the lifestyle questionnaire, following a healthy lifestyle, linking personal devices and, more importantly, completing a health assessment with a nurse or biokineticist. You also earn badges by moving your measurements into normal ranges. Show your badges to your friends and family – you have earned your bragging rights.
