It was developed to support patients with a wide range of immunomodulatory inflammatory diseases: rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, NR axial spondyloarthritis, ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease, psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis and hidradenitis suppurativa.

Care+ has carefully selected information about your condition so you can better understand it. It also includes tips and tricks, such as recipes and exercises to help you guide your daily life according to your condition.

MONITOR AND SHARE INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR ILLNESS WITH YOUR DOCTOR

Record how you feel and the severity of your symptoms with the ‘Track Your Health’ feature in Care+. You can later review this information with your doctor to let him know whether your condition is controlled.

The “Add Reminder” section will help you not to forget any more medical appointments. Add your next appointment and you will be notified by Care+ when the date approaches.
