Utility tool to calculate sudden+ for both normal hi-speed and floating hi-speed in beatmania iidx (tricoro onwards).

Normal hi-speed uses the input green number, lift (if any), and up to 3 BPM. It will show the user the desired white number to use.

Floating hi-speed uses the input green number, white number, lift (if any) and 2 BPM. It will show the user the green number corresponding to the hi-speed changes by pressing the white/blue keys in game. While using this the white number will be kept constant, and the first input BPM will be used to determine the Hi-speed.

The second BPM will use the Hi-speed determined from the first BPM to calculate green numbers along with 9 x 0.5 speed difference interval depending on whether the second BPM is higher or lower then the first.
