The Quran describes different types of sleep, and these correspond with sleep stages identified by modern science. The Quran discusses the beneficial effects of sleep and emphasizes the importance of maintaining a pattern of light and darkness.

This app contains a few sunnah that you can do daily at night just before sleeping to remember Allah. Doing these short yet powerful good deeds won’t take much time but may earn us great rewards from Allah.

One of the main goals of this app is to introduce our young to the etiquette of sleeping in Islam. It is very important to share the sunnah with them lest they be ignorant due to our negligence.
