The KODA PA is the Organizational Development Application for a private client performance appraisal.

The employees download the App and after the Personal ID number and password is completed, their profile is automatically filled from the Database.

The employees then will insert in the App the goals assigned by their manager of the company.

The managers will later complete the employees profiles once a year and the App will be populated with ratings manager feedback, and development plan.
