How to ask a Doctor online:

Step 1:

Download MedCon app, and create an account. You can start a conversation with one of our locally-certified doctors with a single tap of a button.

Step 2:

Type a title and choose the category for your inquiry. You can consult our doctors on common conditions such as cough, flu, fever, migraine, diarrhea, eye infections, allergies, skin conditions, and even contraceptives and chronic medications.

Step 3:

You can choose a payment plan or pay per consult. Our services are extremely affordable and we offer refunds. Not satisfied? We will make it right.

Step 4:

You can upload documents such as X-Rays, blood analysis,EKGs, skin lesion photos and receive an expert interpretation.

Our doctor will give you written guidance, assessment, and orientation. He may record any new findings in your medical history profile.

If the doctor deems your condition unsuitable for tele-consult, you will be advised to go to the clinic or hospital.

Step 5:

Once your consult is finished, you will keep a log of the conversation as well as all shared documents.
