NAEYC's National Institute for Early Childhood Professional Development is one of the most important gatherings of early learning program directors, systems administrators, trainers, and higher education faculty in the world. Every year, more than 2,000 professionals connect to discuss the latest research, meet with thought leaders, and participate in crucial conversations that will shape the future of the field.

This year's Institute features more than 200 sessions that will explore the early childhood profession that we all want, and what it will take to achieve it. The Institute's plenary and one- and two-hour sessions will offer opportunities to analyze the qualifications and competencies of early childhood professionals and to discuss systems for ensuring that teaching stat, program administrators, and others are adequately prepared for the positions they will hold in the field.
