REACH is a wellness platform developed by Roche to support the emotional well-being of healthcare professionals. REACH is currently available for the use of healthcare professionals in India only. REACH is a trustworthy companion for frontline workers to seek advice and help from professional counsellors. The platform provides self care content and support to caregivers in their journey. REACH users can:

- Avail professional counselling sessions to alleviate stress and mental health burdens (available in select vernacular languages)

- Understand and manage anxiety and stress levels through mental health assessments

- Access bespoke content curated for frontline health workers
